To anyone who has Blu Ray's, you can help me

Hi there,

I'm a newbie here but I post a lot at bluray.com forums. Anyway, it's nice to be here. I'm trying to figure out which UK BD's have a German audio track. Can you do me a favour and take a look on the back of your films and let me know if it has it?

Tesco's site allows us to search by language in BD but I don't know how trustworthy it is: http://www.tesco.com/entertainment/b...94216469%2B122

It says that I am Legend BD has German audio. Has any other websites confirmed the audio options for this upcoming BD? Here are some more than I'm specifically wondering about:

No Reservations
Pan's Labryrinth
The Island
Corpse Bride

Thank you. Please list any UK BD's that do.

Re: To anyone who has Blu Ray's, you can help me

Just checked through my whole collection (I have about 20 or so I think) and surprisingly none of the UK or US region free ones have a German soundtrack.

You do know that Amazon.de will deliver to the UK though?

That's where I picked up this baby ....

http://www.amazon.de/Crank-Extended-...4370360&sr=1-1

Although I see they've bumped up the price since I purchased it.

Re: To anyone who has Blu Ray's, you can help me

I know, but it's easier and cheaper for me to obtain UK titles for a variety of reasons. There are only a few titles in the US that have German audio but I'm most interested in which UK releases have them (occurs about 8% of the time, I'd say).

Thanks for looking.

Re: To anyone who has Blu Ray's, you can help me

I've only found 2 in my collection. First up is Sunshine which has a German DTS track and the second is Run Lola Run, but you probably guessed one that anyway.
In case you're interested the US version of Identity has German PCM and Dolby, and is region A,B,C too.

Watched it on Sky HD recently and quite enjoyed it. I too once worked in an office near Kings Cross, so seeing the area featured in Hi Def was also an interesting experience.

I guess it's relevant to ask what the PQ and AQ of this one is like, should the OP decide to make a purchase?

Cheers.

28 Weeks has 5.1 DTS as has Die Hard 4.0. The Reaping German soundtrack is DD 5.1.

Any other kind people want to help me? If you have Pan's Labryrinth (UK), can you tell me which audio tracks are available?
