HD DVD Matrix - Complete or Ultimate?

Apologies, as I am sure this has been asked but cannot find the answer.
What is the difference between the Complete and Ultimate collections of Matrix on HD DVD?
Also, any difference between UK and US releases?

Thanks
Andrew

Re: HD DVD Matrix - Complete or Ultimate?

The "complete" is just basically the 3 films without a lot of the extras or animatrix and other features from the DVD boxset. Whereas the "ultimate2 is just like the DVD boxset with all features and the 3 films in HD (not sure if/any extras are in HD)
