batman begins by is about to be released warner and v for venetta also been announced by them. now bd 2.0 is out expect more of their hd only stuff to be transferred such as matrix, 1.0 machines just weren't up to spec.

As for the other companies prob longer, hidef is now just 2% of the disc market, but eventually yes. new releases and headliners such as tranformers or King Kong will prob take priority But expec to pay silly prices and region coding. I always thought it was weird universal had the hd side of their combi discs region free but locked the sd side.

Like blaster said Warner is gearing up for a catching up game with Batman Begins, V For Vendetta and Constantine in the Summer.
For the fall The Matrix Trioligy , Charlie And The Chocolate Factory and Poseidon should at least make it to Blu-Ray.

Paramount and Universal are working hard at the moment to bring new titles to the market but I would not count on it coming soon.
The best time-frame will be mid 3rd quarter with at least day-and date releases coming from both of them.
Catalog titles should be coming slowly with Paramount doing Transformers at the very least, but Universal has still a lot to learn because they never released any blu-ray discs so for their catalog I should say at least 4th quarter 2008.

'Batman Begins' and 'Knocked-Up' are two that I would love to have on Blu-Ray at some point. As well as all of the Rambo's and the Bourne's. They'll all make it eventually.

Being released on 27th May, same day as Rambo (2008)

First Blood II
Rambo III

I believe First Blood was Region Free so expect II & III may also be region free.
