Double 'n' triple dippin' in HD!!

Just wondering who has already been guilty of this?

My offences to date are:

Batman Begins: Sold the DVD, bought the HD DVD, traded the HD DVD, then bought it again from Movietyme for £9.99, then sold it again when I got rid of all my HD DVD's. Will buy again when released on Blu-Ray.

Bourne Supremacy: Similar to the above, sold the DVD, received the HD DVD free from Tosh, then got another copy with my EP30, sold the first copy, then sold the second copy. Again, will repurchase on Blu.

300: Bought the Blu-Ray, got the HD DVD free with my EP30, sold the Blu-Ray, then sold the HD DVD, now bought the Blu-Ray again tonight from Asda for £11!!

Re: Double 'n' triple dippin' in HD!!

I've bought T2 three times in HD alone (DVHS, French HD DVD, German HD DVD). Actually, I've got about 40 HD/Blu discs on my shelf that I had previously on DVHS.

I replaced the original HD DVD of Full Metal Jacket with the remastered Blu-ray, and as soon as I learned that the TrueHD track was gone from the UK version of Bourne Ultimatum I sold it and bought the US disc.

I even sold the UK Blu-ray of The Rock for the US version just for the (excellent) audio commentary. (in lieu of a dork smiley)

Re: Double 'n' triple dippin' in HD!!

I promised myself I wouldn't double or triple dip but I am weak and the lure of these hddvd sales is too much to resist. About to triple dip for starship troopers (laserdisc, superbit and now blu-ray). I know I'll end up buying alien/aliens on blu-ray (vhs, laserdisc, dvd, r1 dvd, remastered r1 dvd) - that's 6 versions of the same film. Utter madness
Edit: And of course star wars. Various versions of the trilogy on vhs, laserdisc, vcd, dvd). Damn my stupidty to hell.
