Knocked Up HD DVD Problem

Have brought this film and am playing it through my xbox via the HD drive, the first time i loaded it it tried to connect to the web in order to get web enable content........this was not sucessful, but as my transformers film did this i didnt think nothing of it!!!!!!!!!!!! so i turn it off and start again, this time it doesnt even try to load it, it completly skips this part.i have played other discs since, can any boby here help please

Have you tried to delete the files in the memory on the HD-DVD drive? This was the fix for many with transformers if it failed first time. It then appeared to load properly from then on
