Cant say i'm too impressed with the charging policy, I put an order through for the Blade runner 5 disc collectors set on Blu ray, not the metal case edition, and was charged 19.99 both on the site and the confirmation email.
Only when i check my bank statement does it list the total charge as £23.49.
Not vastly more expensive than the current Movietyme website price but still its the simple fact that i click through at £19.99 then my card is charged otherwise which is irritating
I did ring and felt that the Service approach was unsympathetic, and that the info is apparantly burried in the T&C's which is completely besides the point since these sets could never be described as box sets as its simply an standard case thats about 2cm's wider
