Question Harry Potter 1 & 2 True HD

Having problems bitstreaming ture HD sound from the HD EX1 to Onkyo 605. I just can not get the true hd track to lock on the amp for these two films. I was wondering if anyone else had tried them and are having the same problem. Harry Potters 3, 4 & 5 work fine. Just wondering if Warner Bros have made an error on the first 2 dics.

All idea views ect much appriciated on this

You can't bitstream as far as I'm aware to the 605 (unless this has just been added to the EX1 with the latest firmware). You can output LPCM over HDMI, so you can access the TrueHD soundtrack...it just won't show on your 605s display panel as "TrueHD".

Re: Harry Potter 1 & 2 True HD

bitstream was added to the XE1 in the lastest 2.7 firmware.

I would be interested to know as well.

The first two movies are relatively poor in video quality from what I heard. I bought the second movie nonetheless because of its heavy bass sequence at the start ("the whomping willow") in TrueHD. Its still sealed..
