Smallville Season 6 HD-DVD problem

Recently bought the Smallville Season 6 HD-DVD set from Movietyme. Just last night got round to watching the 2nd disc in the set and on my HD-E1 it loads up, plays the piracy warning screen, then the WB logo, then when it goes to start the episode the display on the E1 says NOPLAY and the screen says system error.

I have tried all the other discs and they all work fine. Does this sound like a faulty disc?

Only watched this on the 360 add-on Greg, but worked fine for me.

OK, thanks. Must be a dodgy disc I guess as all the others work fine.
