Got this disc set in July from Axelmusic. Been playing ok since July,
just updated to v2.2 last Friday then this error comes up.

Only on this disc sofar with any problems. Think its a call to Tosh to sort

UPDATE.

Spoke to Tosh this morning explained problem re (error code) he asked what ver software am using, v2.2 as their disc arrived last Fri, prior to that Planet Earth worked perfectly. After a long wait he came back and said they had several machines running in the workshop using v2.2 with no errors.

They want the player returned complete with any/all affected discs for tests. I said will give it a further weeks use with a selection of discs and see if any more errors happen.

Also noticed that all discs in the set had scratches on them as if lazer in the player catching them some how.

Let you know the outcome as it unfolds.

Update:

Having contacted Tosh re error code seems that as it was a U.S. release, here in the U.K. they are unable to fix the problem. So as i am unable to return this set to Axelmusic as it was bought back in July as a birthday present from my son. I contacted 2 Entertain (distributor) at the weekend and this morning i received an email saying due to inventory issues it was not possible for me to buy a disc from the set to replace the damaged 1, they would replace the entire set with a U.K. edition free of charge.

That's jolly good of them - the UK edition comes with a 5th disc aswell. Result!
