Disc Cleaning/Resurface?

Bought a copy of Prestige on HD-DVD for £5, but the disc is in really bad condition, anyone of of a place that will give it a good clean/resurface, I know of cd/dvd resufacing, but does anyone do HD-DVD?

Outwardly the disk is the same as a DVD. The difference is down below the clear plastic.
