King Arthur - Blu-Ray Regional Coding Alert

I've reported this on the regional coding thread but thought it worth an alert here.

Despite even the cover of King Arthur showing the disk as playing on all three regions, A, B & C the disc comes up with a "wrong region" error when attempting to play on a UK Samsung BDP1000. It appears Buena Vista have misprinted their cover (or mis-coded the discs) which has of course resulted in companies like Movietyme taking it at face value and listing as multi-region. The "Hil" list also lists as multi-region which could lead potential purchasers to buy it when in fact it's not.

Now waiting to hear back from MT if they will allow an RMA, after all the order was based on information provided on their site even if that was offered in good faith it is unfortunately incorrect.
