Used them in the past for DVD's and more recently for HD-DVD's and Blu Ray. On average discs take about 4-5 days to arrive. Some pre-orders ship on time (actual release date in the US) and others have taken about a week after the actual release. Its a bit hit and miss. Overall they are not my number 1 choice for HD, but are pretty good.

Re: Experience's with Axelmusic.com

I'd suggest looking in the Retailers forum first, to give a complete idea and list of who various people use.

I tend to use Axel a lot, sure they can take 4-5 days, but the customer service is about the best out there. Otherwise it's Movietyme, with Play for the UK stuff.

Re: Experience's with Axelmusic.com

I used then for DVDs and had one lost package (an expensive group of Japanese discs!!). Axel were absolutely stunning about it and I would recommend them to anyone.

Most of my HD content comes from DVDPacific (I find them the cheapest and quickest to ship new stuff - generally 1-2 weeks before release). The rest come from Amazon (US and Japan), Movietyme, Axel, DVDWorldUSA, DVDBoxOffice and DeepDiscountDVD.

Re: Experience's with Axelmusic.com

I thik Axel are great. Good customer service, decent prices and a large selection. The only problem I have with them is that they don't included p&p in the prices anymore (you have to add to your basket and check the total proce there), but you get used to this after a while.

Re: Experience's with Axelmusic.com

ive been using them for ages now, stock items are usually around 5days,but non stock items can take upto around 10+ but to be fair they are prob the cheapest place to get you Blu ray or HD-DVD.
