Thanks: Gave 4, Got 0 | UK based websites selling Region A films?
What's the best website to get region A blu-ray disc based in the UK? I've been using playusa.com and was wondering if anywhere else was cheaper and or offered a fast delivery service than ordering from the USA or Canada?

I've used them several times and found them very helpful. They also have a retail shop in Kings Langley, Hertfordshire.

They are more pricey than most places but they get releases early.. I just got the blu-ray versions of the departed, and vertical limit from them which is out a week early. Quote:

I used to buy from them when they were called hifi connections, i thought they had gone under until you posted the new site name. I just noticed they have the departed on hd-dvd for £16? surely that is a mistake as you can't even buy it that cheap from dvdpacific using snailmail. Better be quick bargain hunters!

Do PlayHD source there discs from the US or Canada. I'm a bit of a snob when it comes to the Canadian stuff, I just don't like the bi-covers!

I have a few Cad DVD's where its half French and Half english on the same side and i have a few that its full english on one and full french on the other.
The Cad Blu-Ray/HD-DVD's look like they are the latter with Full english on 1 side and full french on the other, now you can't be that snobby can you
e.g check out Axelmusic for some scans of some of the Cad Blu-Ray/HD-DVD backs |

The Canadian "Species" I own is bilingual on the spine. I got it from playusa, I stopped buying DVD's from them years ago because of this.
