divx file editing

I have some divx films on discs i would like to edit them and record all the edited scenes together on one sd dvd disc that i could play in any dvd player, is there any free or cheap software for my computer to do it. thanks

There was something called vidomi (www.vidomi.com). Website doesn't seem to load, but the software may be available somewhere.

VideoHelp.com - Forum, Guides, Tools and hardware lists is a good source of information for this type of software.
