Creating a Demo DVD

Hi

Not sure if this is the correct place to post but I have a number of DVD's and would like to create a Demo DVD by taking favorite parts from my collection including DD5.1 and editing them on a new Demo DVD.

Can anybody recomend software that can lift parts from a DVD so that I can create my Demo DVD, I must also have the DD5.1

Regards, Dave
