Question AOTC Sound Design Feature, but where!!!

I would appreciate any help on this one.
I have the uncut R4 version of AOTC but this should not matter.
I am trying to locate the documentary on sound design which according to the insert and cover info resides on disc two.
I have searched everywhere but try as I might I cannot find it listed among any of the menus, extras etc on the disc.
It should be under the 'Documentaries' heading but unless I am doing something fundamentally wrong is not there.
Can anyone else find it and tell me where it is?

If the R2 is the same as the R4 it should be in the Dex's kitchen section on Disc 2

Hope this helps.

Was I the only one to think it a bit wierd that the sound design element was in PL rather than DD?
