Future Entertainment

Hey guys,

Just a quick quekkie:

Is anyone else experiencing slow turnaround from Future at the moment?

I ordered Blade, Blade 2 and Dagon from them last Sunday (21/07/02) and, whilst I realise that Blade 2 isn't in stock yet, neither of the other 2 items have even been processed in any way.

I can't get through on the phone at all, and I replied to one of their "Just to let you know that you've ordered this" emails with a question about when I'll be receiving the blimmin' things....to no avail.

Anyone?

I have had no problems - i got Dagon , Burial ground , Hitch hike
last week - But i have had them on pre order for a few weeks.
You have to give them a bit of time - there supplier might be out of stock or there could be a shipping delay.

Just be a little more patient they're a very good company as they will always notify you by email when your order has been shipped, it does also say on their site to wait 10 days before you contact them to enquire about an order

Ummm yeah Delphi - I know they're good cos I use 'em all the time

I only posted cos it's unusual for 'em to take so long.

They've actually been better in the past few weeks for me than they ever have been. I ordered some titles that normally ship in 3-5 days and they shipped them within 3 days - it used to take anything from a week to 2 months

I guess sometimes their stuff gets held up at customs for routine checking (they ship in bulk from N America to the UK).... I've learnt that there's no point enquiring about your order either - they'll give you some explanation or other and it'll still arrive whenever it arrives
