It could be the cartoon series! As there is a DVD of it out.

I saw a Spider-Man DVD today and it was of the cartoon series. With Green Goblin, Doc Octopus, Kingpin and I think the Lizard.

Yeah I think you saw the ultimate villian showdown disc. However this is a new one. I've watched a few episodes of JL. It's quite good.
