Superman Returns in the Cayman

Hi

I have just returned from a showing and thought I'd post a few comments about Superman Returns.

No spoilers so don't panic.

Good special effects through the movie and I can't remember one bad bit of cgi. However yet again space doesn't seem to be a vacuum anymore but never mind. It shows a good range of supermans powers and the flight effects are better than Matrix 3.

There are a couple of good homages to the comics, the cover to action comics 1 and the post crisis first apperance of superman in his costume.

Very funny as well with several laugh out loud moments both for Clark and Lex. There are also a couple of sad parts that could bring a tear to the eye.

The music was great as well and the old themes were well placed throughout.

All in all a very good superman movie and I am looking forword to the sequels.

Now all I have to do is find a 3d imax screen around here somewhere....
