Twelve Monkeys

Is there a better version than the £5.99 Play.com one? I love this film and don't know why I don't already own it. Cheers...

Amazon.co.uk have the R1 SE for £6.61 delivered:
http://www.amazon.co.uk/exec/obidos/...291334-2616403

This version has all the usual special features and a recently digitally remastered picture.

The expensive japanese version has the advantage of dts and a few xtra featurettes (although they have burnt in jap subtitles). I don't know if this version has been remastered though?

Watched this tonight. The R1 SE.

Great picture, although I only had the non anamorphic R2 before. Would go for the R1 as price is cheap and I think that the 'Hamster factor' is the only extra you need.
