both reviews state that this will be the final movie.. i wouldn't count on it. in 10 or 20 years when George Lucas isn't quite as popular as he is today, and has managed to burn through his fortune, i bet we'll see the next trilogy released, because in the end, it all comes down to the al'ighty 'ollar as Homer would say.

He's going back to his Indie roots after this. Which is really exciting. For someone of his power to start making small films might be a really good thing for the industry. Back to the days of American Graffiti.

This quote sums up the current crop of star wars movies for me

"For every thrilling space battle or lightsaber dual you get, you get two scenes with embarrassingly bad dialogue and line delivery. *"
-- Stefan Halley, HERO REALM

but hey maybe they were always like that and I just look back fondly with rose tinted specs!

Still good looking reviews generally so far!

Do me a favour! Only one of the classic movies of the '70s. Best film Lucas ever made.

Not many movies get this high a score on this site.

Why does he need to do another Star Wars movie to make money? He's already got two TV series in the pipeline plus a new DVD release at the end of the year potentially including deleted scenes from the original trilogy or something like that. Then he's going to re release the Star Wars trilogy in 3 D, which he will then put on DVD, then HD DVD/blu ray... Of course the original Star Wars trilogy plus the prequels to be released on HD DVD/blu ray... There is also bound to be a special edition released down the line and you never know they may actually re release the original trilogy as it was first shown before George Lucas tampered with it... Then they could be more re releases on other new formats... The myriad of merchandise/Games that is bound to be released... and don't forget the man owns Skywalker Sound, Industrial Light and Magic and other companies. He's never going to run out of money.
