He co-created Captain America who the film of the same name was relesed earlier this year.

I always remember him as the tall lean sort of naive Texan with a very pronounced drawl in One of Our Spies Is Missing but knew of his other work but only just found out he was the voice of Phones in Stingray

Bob Anderson - British Olympic fencer and fight actor/director has died aged 89. He was David Prowse's stand in during the Star Wars movies and help to direct fights in movies such Lord of the Rings and the Zorro series.

Harry Fowler actor has died

He took over from Micheal Medwin as the new Corporal in the Army Game in the late 50s and early 60s as Corporal "Flogger" Hoskins.

Anne Francis actress has died age 80. last year of complications of pancreatic cancer initially suffering from lung cancer.

Sorry for the late news but only found out whilst looking for other films other than Bad Day at Black Rock and Forbidden Planet, Anne was in. To my chagrin it had skipped my mind she was in one of my favorite films The Satan Bug. I also remember her as a detective in an episode of Burke's Law called Honey West which spawned a series of the same name who she starred assisted with John Ericson who played her brother in Bad Day at Black Rock, she also had a pet ocelot which I still remember was called Bruce. The character was based on a series of books.

As you can see from the link below even though staring initially mainly in films had a very thriving career in TV series as guest star.
