The Incredibles DVD to have DTS-ES?

Can anyone confirm whether either the region 1 or 2 release of "The Incredibles" will come with a DTS-ES soundtrack.

I found a link below which seems to believe that it does, but when you look at the various site pre-ordering it there is no mention.

http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0317705/

Maybe they will do what they did on the Monsters Inc release, and just not advertise it on the DVD cover.

Can anyone help before i place an order?

Good question...however, since Monsters Inc, Pixae have split from Disney and gone it alone...I would say there's a good bet it will have a dts track, though wether it will be extended or not, who knows...?

Disney and Pixar haven't split yet, and they aren't due to till after Cars is released next summer. So The Incredibles will be packaged by and distributed by Disney and will no doubt have the same soundtracks that the rest of them have.

The full specs are available for both R1 & R2 releases, and they both list a DD5.1 EX track, however, no mention of a DTS track on either region.

There is only a 3 day window between the official release dates, so it may be worth hanging on for confirmation if a DTS track is a must have for you.

On Disney's past form, if dts is a must for you, then wait for the R2...

finding nemo R2 is DTS, surely Incredibles will have DTS also?
either way I watched a copy of Incredibles with Dolby Digital at home and it was pretty sweet, some nice bass lines, so i'd not worry too much

The Finding Nemo DTS soundtrack was brilliant, if the Incredibles sountrack is anywhere close to that I'll be very pleased

Thanks for the replies.

Looks like i'll have to wait and see what happens. The soundtrack in the Cimema was great, especially the rear effects (although the sound quality wasn't 100%)

Fingers crossed
