Post Toy Story - 2 Disc Version - Question?

I ordered this set from play247.com for £17.99 and it turned up on Saturday.
My question is, according to Amazon, this version should contain a recomposed 4:3 version as well as the widescreen versions - my copy doesn't.
I note from the box that my version is a "for sale in Canada" R1 version.
Is the Canadian R1 version missing this feature or is it a printing mistake by Amazon?

Toy Story 1 has only the widescreen version.
Toy Story 2 offers the choice of WS or 4x3.

Oh, how come the 3 disc Toybox is so much more expensive than the 2 disc affair? I was gonna go for it but felt it wasn't worth forking out almost double the price!
