Its surposed to be an all new Hi Def transfer for the first film, not that there was much wrong with the old one - the Matrix is still in my demo pile. I'm going to wait for the reviews, and if Warner do the decent thing - release the changed disks as a seperate pack - forcing you to buy all 10 disks if you already have all three - and I'm guessing a large percentage of people who would want this set already do.

Double dipping at its worst.

I agree with your comments Brian although I always felt the soundtrack of the Matrix could have been better. Not to say it's not good because it is a good soundtrack, I think it should be a great soundtrack which it would be if it were DTS!

What just like the quality of the DTS soundtracks of Terminator 3, Underworld, XLG, Predator, Jaws and Speed?

I found some more info at

Just wondering does anyone have any more info. The first thing I noticed is that there doesn't seem to be a DTS track

Looks like they've removed the pic again. I took a screen grab of the order as proof if I get the standard set.

I got a mail of Amazon this morning pimping the ultimate boxset, both in standard form:

http://www.amazon.co.uk/exec/obidos/...967783-0390036

and in limited form complete with a very ugly looking bust of Neo:

http://www.amazon.co.uk/exec/obidos/...967783-0390036

Both have a pictures, and full details of the 10 disks.
