A few problems with PlayUSA

Hi
The last few DVD's I ordered from PlayUSA the disks had managed to pop out off their box in shipping causeing the disks to get sratched.
Has ayone else had this problem?

PlayUSA- a normally been very good-but this has put me off buying from them again.

My copy of Star Trek Nemesis last year came loose. Luckily, the disc was ok. I was told it was due to their packing process.

I only have bought one DVD from them since then.
