any one have any problems with geting money back form this site ?

i pre ordered a dvd which came out on the 20th nov and have still not recieved it,first time for me to order from this site it should have been a christmas present

Ordered one title which never showed up at all, filled in a lost form post and chased up a month later, they said they never received it but kindly sent me a replacement, that took over 3 weeks to arrive though.

I thought they posted from Jersey but its actually from America.

I haven't used them for years, but they were pretty good if I remember and got things to my door quickly. Shame.

Yes, Loaded now ship directly from the states to the U.k. But they are still customs friendly.

I have'nt used them for years because the R1 dvd's were from canada and i can't stand the bi-lingual covers, is this still the case? I stopped using playusa for the same reason.

No, they are U.S. R1 DVDs, now. Not Canadian anymore.
