Play.com processing, packing???

I have ordered a pressie that i need adap, i had the order page say processing then packing and now its back at processing??

should i ring them to push it through or is this normal

Happened to one of my current orders too, so its not a one off, i think it will be ok.

Just checked, it now says it was posted yesterday, must be computer errors.

This isn't unusual with play at all, it happens with most of my orders, I think, they all come through OK though.

I think it goes something like processing - your card is being charged, packing when it's being packed and then processing when it's been put in the pile to send out, or something

This happened my last order and is happening my current order.Play isnt as good as it use to be

Same problem here with order of EP35 from Play.com...
Ordered 23/01/08 within 30 minutes shown as packing!
Order went back to Processing for payment yesterday
...update as of 10:30am 26/01/08 posted.

I phoned Play and was advised that a stock-take was being completed during my order and they apologised.

I ordered my EP35 on Mon Jan 21st @ 17:16.... it arrived AM on Wed Jan 23rd via Parcelforce On that afternoon I got a despatched email from Play telling me to allow 3-5 days for delivery
