STORE4DVD-Finished?

Anyone else use this company?
I ordered 10 DVDs on 18 October from them and have heard nothing. They are not answering my E-mails. Have they gone broke? They don't have a phone #, so I don't know what to do.

Re: STORE4DVD-Finished?

I've never ordered from them, because they always seem to be way down at the bottom of the list on find-dvd price comparisons. Out of interest, what bargains did you find on their site?

If you used a credit card, why not contact your cc company, explain that STORE4DVD have failed to deliver or answer your emails, and ask your cc company to refund your card ("chargeback").

I used them because they were custom friendly and I paid by Postal Order.
This is looking really bad

Re: STORE4DVD-Finished?

After a third e-mail threatening legal action that I sent a week ago I finally got a lame response saying their head office hadn't forwarded my order but once they receive it it will be processed!
