In your opinion who is the most reliable, quickest. I am looking to buy Pans Labyrinth and the next Potter film which i think will both be out before the US

UK wise, I like Play or DVD.CO.UK. If i'm buying US, DVD Pacific are good, and I can really recommend DVDs Limited if you want US Box Sets without the risk of customs duty.
