I've yet to recieve a box set that was despatched on the 14th September but to be fair to Movietyme they have been nothing but prompt in there email replies. I haven't had to wait more than a couple of days without a reply and they told me today they are going o chase my order up for me so I'm puzzled that your not getting any response from them

I have a HD DVD which is overdue i sent them an E-Mail on the 25/09 which they have not responded to i have just sent another one I'll let you know what happens.
