HD DVD's in China?

I may be going to Shanghai, China shortly and hoping to pick up some bargains. I have a couple of questions which I hope someone can answer.

1: Can you even get HD DVD discs in China yet?

2: If so are they that much cheaper than they are over here?

3: Are they the same versions that you would get over here? In that everything from the case cover to the disc itself is the same.

4: Anyone had any problems in trying to bring back a few HD DVD's through customs?

They have their own HD formats over there but the DVD forums are working on releasing a HD DVD format known as CH DVD.
