Virgin Megastore Online Problems with delivery

Pre ordered a copy of Super Paper Mario for £27 on the 9th September through virgin megastore online, thought it was quite a cheap price and was looking forward to receiving it on friday 14th or saturday 15th, yet we are now upto tuesday 19th and I have still not received item and item has still not been dispatched.

Have tried contacting virgin through email but have received no reply yet even though they state they will contact you within 24-48 hours.

Tried ringing there online department but no one answers been ringing for over 45 minutes and 23 minutes a second time.

I am not happy with this service and will be now ordering items for xmas elsewhere they probably have lost out on £400 worth of custom over xmas period.
