Question Are MovieTyme customs safe?

Been thinking of ordering some Nintendo DS games from them, but don't want to get hit with a customs fee.

Thanks.

I am fairly certain, and after ordering a lot of stuff from movietyme , that you wont get hit with customs. I also think that on the remote chance that you might, that movie time will sort it all out for you.

Contact them at the web site if you want confimation.

Thanks for confirming that Craig... just placed an order for Meteos, and will probably be back for Kirby and/or Nintendogs soon.

Cool, you look like the cheapest place to buy Lost @ £29.99, sure there are other places where I can get it for £25 but not with a customs guarantee which would save £4 plus maybe another £8.

Incidentally I checked the customs status on your site while pricing Lost yesterday and it says in the FAQ:-

Q: Are shipments Liable To Tax & Duty?
A: Yes as a rule all items over £18 in value are liable for Customs Tax & Duty.
Customers of this site are responsible for paying local countries import taxes / duty and are none refundable by us.

Why is this?. Do you also refund the Royal Mail £4 handling charge?.
