There is a search option - why not use it?

Yes, they're very good... they very often win on price even with their shipping costs (note CDs are also very cheap)
- however don't got for items "on order" as there's no knowing when they'll be in stock; once you're notified of shipping (usually 0-2 days after placing order) it should be about 7 - 10 working days for your order to be delivered by surface mail (the cheapest shipping option). Multiple DVD/CD items usually placed in a tough cardboard box with paper padding inside, smaller orders in jiffy bags. My items have always been delivered sealed and undamaged, and I've placed about 20+ orders over the last two years.

a few tips to save money:
- choose "hold till complete" for the cheapest shipping
- make up each order close to (but not over) £18 before shipping to take advantage of the customs/duty allowance and save on their shipping costs (shipping = a fixed charge plus additional charge per item)

I've been using them now & then for a couple of years, they've always been reliable and have good online status reporting. They tended to cost slighlty more than DVD Soon, but since the highly-publicised demise of those alledged pirates, I've directed a lot more business to Pacific. You WILL get hit by Customs for duty/tax if the total is over 18 quid (although I've pushed that a bit and found that they tend to ignore anything up to around 20). Box sets are always gonna be a problem, so compare prices on the basis that you WILL get stung for import charges (don't foget Royal Mail's admin fee), and place your order accordingly - you may well find that a "local" importer can supply at a better price, or that the R2 release works out cheaper over all.

Have been using them for a while, and they are ok. Use them more now with dvdsoon going down hill. They charge you on shipping, and they also store your credit card details (unlike cdwow , where you have to re-enter it eachtime).
There was that incident last year, where they were hacked and somepeople have strange items appear on their visa bill , I always use one of those "one-time-only" credit cards when ordering from them
