dvdsontheweb.co.uk - hmmm

Placed an order with them a few weeks ago for Star Trek 1-7.

5-7 arrived a week ago and were sent out after 1-4....

Now I try to contact them and for the last 3 days at least their site is down......anyone know much about them or have a contact number?

Site works, but they are having problems with their email server at the moment. They hope to resolve the problems in 5-7 days.

dvds on the web still silent

Notice that they are still saying there mail server is down ( 2-3 days ) and for some reason pricerunner.co.uk has deleted their phone number from their retailer listing. I could never get through to them on that number anyway. At the moment I am not ordering from them till they sort their act out - I just am wondering why it took them days to get their web site up from 'site maintenance' and just what problems can keep an email server down for over a week ?
