DVD.co.uk

Looking to start ordering from them, but what to know (if you have shopped with them) are they any good (reliable, returns turn-around, email times, etc)

Any help on this would be great.

i've used them a fair bit in the past and never had any problems with them so i cant really talk about their support stuff...

go for it

they seem pretty reliable and delivery is pretty much the same as any other online company, sometimes frighteningly quick other times a couple of days...

Have used them a number of times in the past due to them having certain titles slightly cheaper than Play.com and never had a problem, the one time I did recieve a faulty disc they were quick in responding to emails (unlike Play) and I had the replacement in less than a week and when delivery takes 2-3 days that isnt too bad.

talking of play, anyone else think they have gone down hill in the last year or so? there prices just dont seem that competetive anymore, you can always shave a few quid off here and there by shopping around a bit by using sendit, choicesdirect, dvd.co,uk or myriad others...

i'm thinking since theyve started advertising nationally and on the tube etc that they dont feel they need to compete so much anymore...

I've used DVD.co.uk quite a few times and like everybody else I can't comment on their customer-service because I have never had a problem with them. I have found their delivery times to be exceptionally quick and they certainly have some excellent bargains from time to time. I recommend them.

I am still trying to work out if Plays prices have gone up or wether everyone elses have gone down

Over the last 3 years I've ordered (runs off quickly).....107 items from Play and 56 from PlayUSA but only 5 have been in the last 6 months, due to discovering CDWOW mainly. When I compare the prices, Play is usually much more expensive then CDWOW, while their delivery times and customer support seem to be almost identical.

I feel slightly guilty stopping ordering from a company that has treated me well for a few years but money is money

Many thanks

I'd like to thank all of you for your information and from this, looks like I'll start ordering from them.

If anyone can recommend others please let me know. I also shop with, Play, Playusa, CDWOW and sendit.

Again, many thanks to all.

Hi
Have used Dvd.co.uk on several occasions and have found them to be very competitive on price with an excellent delivery service.
