Is this company genuine, trustworthy and legitimate.
Popped over to look at their sale - seems to good to be true(see previous thread). Got a bit worried when I spotted War of the Worlds 2005 offered @ 15,99 - but declared out of stock.
I would like to order from their 2.99 stock but just got a bit jittery in view of the above which I don't believe is out on DVD yet - or have I missed something?

Thanks in anticipation.

bulls**t

Update - rang their site telephone and queried WOTW 2005. The lad who answeerd spoke to his 'buyer', who just happened to be sitting next to him. Informed me that as it was declared out of stock then they would take it as a pre order...

can I sniff the B******* being fed to me...?

War of the Worlds is released on 14/11/05 according to Play.com (£15.99). You pays your money and takes your choice. Personally, I would rather pre-order from Play. Either way, it's a long wait.

Keep up like this and you'll get that Junior Detective badge at your next Cub Scout meeting.

I've used them a few times over the years and purchased mainly Ink for printer and paper and a few DVD's with no problems.

A few websites I've been checking over the last few days appear to be willing to take money for DVD's that are not out for months, with no clue to the DVD's status.
I always go back to 'play' to check when the release date is.

having been in business for 17 odd years I'll follow my instincts on mx2 (and their £2.99 DVD's) by walking away from them..... best left alone in my opinion.

Mx2 are fine. Ordered several things from them over the past.

Moving thread to DVD supplier forum.
