Yesasia went wrong!

Poops

I just made my first order on Yesasia and payed by Paypal. The payment has cleared but the page had errors when it tried to return me back to the Yesasia page.

I now have no order confirmation and money gone out of account
I have checked the order history page and nothing is there

I have emaied them to ask for their help.

Anyone else had this trouble before?

Can't say I use paypal for them, but I do know if you login via www.yesasia.com and global.yesasia.com you will get 2 different screens, the first never has my orders, but the second site always has them.

Not sure if that'll help ?

Got to advise you guys to get a credit card. Paypal offers no security if the order goes wrong.

PAYPAL can claim the money back for you (using a dispute if something goes wrong). I have done this twice now with a certain internet company.

There are two YesAsia sites:
1. For US customers - https://us.yesasia.com
2. For Global customers - http://global.yesasia.com
