CD wow delay?

hi, just a quick question,
ordered Eternal sunshine of teh spotless mind R3 and Spiderman 2 Superbit R1 from cdwow on New Years day, haven't arrived yet, got two separate e-mails that they have been dispatched.
Anyone ordered these titles in the new year ? Have they arrived ?
What's the best/quickest way to get hold of their customer service ?
e-mail, or is there a direct phone number?

I also ordered Spiderman 2 from CDWOW on Friday last week. I got 6 dispatch emails! It arrived in perfect nick this morning. I suggest giving it another day to see if it turns up tommorow.

They're normally reasonably quick, roughly around 5 days from when the order was placed. However, recently the've been a bit slow with my orders. Still waiting for Zatoichi from before xmas!

Phoned them today also and the guy on the phone said they're on the way.

Considering you ordered the DVDs on New year's Day and today's the 7th, I have no idea why you are worried about your DVDs! Essentially the post is out for New year's Day, Sunday 2nd January and Bank Holiday Monday, so taking that into consideration and any bank holidays in Hong Kong plus the extremely slow post over the period if you receive it before next Tuesday it would still be good going.

I agree with the above. Its annoying I know, but the delay wont be in the UK.

I have used cd.wow for over 100 dvd's and they are the most reliable (in my opinion). Give it another 2 days.

I only just received a dvd from yesasia.com this morning which I ordered around the same time.

I'm not worried about them, just wanted to have a picture from people who also have ordered in that timeframe.
And i also had the dispatch e-mails for both items on January 1st, so if nobody in the post office sits on them they should be here, but that's exactly the reason why i asked if people who ordered at that time have received theirs yet.
