Exclamation DVDsoon-Faulty Disc

It's finally happened, been ordering dvd's from various suppliers for some time now and have just got my first dvd that has a faulty disc(Brotherhood of the Wolf - 3 disc SE,it would have to be the one with the film on as well!).

I ordered it from DVDsoon and I was just wondering what experience you guys had had with replacements from them.

Thanks in advance.

the paperwork is fun you have to print out and sign an avadavit which you then fax over to them. they then process your return. never had a problem tho.
