CD WOW! Xmas holidays

Just thought I'd e-mail WOW today to ask how well the 'phones and e-mails are going to be manned (or should that be personned ??) over the Xmas festivities - just incase something doesn't turn up in the post. Here's the reply:

"We will be answering e-mails on all days except the 25th, 26th of December
and the 1st of January. With regards to the phones (this is to be confirmed)
but we believe that the phones will be closed from mid-day 24th December to
the 1st of January.

If you require any further assistance at this time then please do not
hesitate to get back to us (please include an order number if applicable).

Further to this reply from CD WOW! there will be a 24 hour e-mail service for any queries throughout the Christmas period.
