DvdSoon a bit DvdSlow?

I ordered two dvds (the teen wolf set & the suburbans) on the 8th and my order still says "pending", and on further inspection "on order".
This seems quite a while, especially considering teen wolf is in their top 15.

This is my first order with dvdsoon, is anyone else expeceriencing/has experienced similar delays? I emailed dvdsoon a couple of days ago but no reply as of yet

Thanks,
Robbie

DVDSoon aren't the quickest with back-catalogue titles (Pre-orders are faster). But should only be 4 days once they do get sent!

There are several threads on DVD soon and there lack of speed.

If the item is in stock you will get it promptly but if it's not as pjclark1 says expect to wait a long time.

But at some of their prices I don't mind the wait.

Just to echo what others have said, you will get your orders eventually, but be prepared for a longish wait for back ordered titles. If you don't get a response to your e-mails, try hopping over to DVD Swaps Forums, where DVD Soon have their own Q&A section, which they usually answer fairly quickly.

Quick question:

If i order two DVDs from them at the same time at $17 each (about £8), both of Spin City, that are currently out of stock will they post them together or as two seperate packages.

I only ask becasue one would fit through my letterbox, but two would not.

Thanks.

They usually post as separate packages.
