DVD Soon problems

I have been trying to place an order with DVD Soon all day. When I get to the checkout screen all I get is the following message:

HTTP ERROR: 500 Internal+Server+Error
RequestURI=/members/6235631d047d0d3f5161654d783039646d144f7e.cont

or:

HTTP ERROR: 503 Server+Busy%2E+Please+try+again+later

Is anyone else having these problems. They are happening both at work and at home.

Finally came back up about 5 mins ago. Phew.

just a quick question - do DVD Soon still declare the FULL value of the package for customs or have they reverted to stating the old $12Cad value?
