DVD Soon not working for anyone else ?

Typical - loads of bargains to be had on DVD Soon and the darned site has not been working properly since yesterday.

4 items on order are now cheaper so I want to get some credit in my account and I can't get it done

Nope, its pretty much unusable for me too. Saw something similar by a poster on the DVD forums as well.

Be careful, if you cancel items & reorder at a cheaper price, you go to the bottom of the pile & if there is not enough stock you wont get what you ordered
speaking from very bitter experience

Just managed to order a DVD. Took ages, "error page" then back button and so on. Finally got to the last page with card details and pressed submit button. It froze for 10 mins and then processed the order. Just received the email confirmation too.

I had almost given up because I was reading this thread during which time the order was processed.

just a quick question - do DVD Soon still declare the FULL value of the package for customs or have they reverted to stating the old $12Cad value?
