DVDsoon
I'm a new user,so apologies if this the wrong forum.
I've just used dvdsoon for the first time and was wondering
how long orders usually take to arrive.
They confirmed my order was shipped on wednesday just gone.
Thanks in advance

Once shipped 5-8 days in my experience, unless it gets stopped by customs.

DVD Soon are great for pre-orders and in stock items, but you may have to wait a while for back ordered, or discounted older titles.

As Simon6776 said DVDsoon are good for prices & shipping, but they are terrible with ordering stock, I have had 3 DVDs on order for over a month now I'm dreading it when Return of The King is released!!

I've ordered some 30+ times from dvdsoon, and imo, they're the cheapest/best place to order dvd's. £11 for new dvds, often 4 months or more before the uk. Pre-orders are always promtly shipped in my experience, though they can be slow to aquire new stock was an item, has been released. Though this is a minor niggle as far as I'm concerned.

Another niggle with Dvdsoon is apparantly if you order something and give up waiting after a few weeks for new stock to arrive then cancel is you don't seem to get a refund just credit put onto your account for future use. At least that's what happened to me. My card was chrged immediatly the order was placed as well.
Have enjoyed using their cheap service but though that was a bit harsh. Very difficult to an answer from them as well.

Totally agree but they are a bit frustrating at times

They will answer queries on the website DVD-SWAPS.CO.UK. You have to register to post there though.
