Amazon Germany HELP

I am considering getting Halloween, the Perfect Collection. Seems it only appears in Germany. I have been looking at Amazon and they ask 62.99 euros. However on the page there is an option to click "All offers" ( Alle Angebote) which brings up lower prices. I assume these people are private sellers, will they be reliable because they are on Amazon. Just wondered if anyone had any knowledge since Amazon is a suggested site on the forum. How does one order/pay and what will I be charged (if spotted by customs).

This must be the same thing as Amazon UKs Marketplace. I think its totally safe, as you are paying through Amazon for the item. But you can't guarantee the quality unless the seller is saying its new.
