dvd soon price games

Has anyone else experienced probs with DVD Soon?I recently ordered Kill Bill 2 from them for £10 and after waiting a week or so decided to check my order status.By chance I noticed that they had actually charged me the full price of £20

Ive sent them an e mail but had no reply yet;its quite annoying because if I hadnt checked the order status I probably would never have noticed so Im curious if this a common strategy to bump up their profits.

I have ordered a few things from DVD Soon and never had that problem. Must have been an anomoly.

Moved to DVD Talk.
