anyone got their copy of NEAR DARK from DVDSOON yet?

has anyone recieved their copy of NEAR DARK yet?,

cause I recieved mine this morning only to discover that it was not the 2 disc special edition as listed but only 1 .

I never knew there was a single disc version as I checked most of the major etailors and even ANCHOR BAY's website and no where did I see a single disc version available so I assumed that the price had dropped on DVDSOON's website they even displayed it with the same cover as the 2 disc version,

anyhow its No big deal as it only set me back just over £4
but still I wish they could have used the correct dvd cover on there website as to not confused people with the 2 disc set

I ordered the same title but from dvd.pacific it's was also under £4 and is the NEW 1 disk budget version of the film albiet THX approved and with a DTS track

still suck though, the 2 disc version (which i have) only costs £7.99 on play.com

When this was up for pre order it was listed as the 2 disk edition. But they soon changed it to the 1 disk when everyone was ordering it and put it up in price.

They did change it at least 3 weeks before they sent any out, so you could have checked and cancelled.

Like you said $6.98 canadian was a pretty good deal.... but that cover

Print out your own then! to be fair im not a big fan of the film but I had to have it in my collection as an avid horror fan.So £4 was the max i would probably paid 1 disk or otherwise.

I haven't rec'd mine yet , but they had both versions on there when I ordered mine

2 disc version was about $23.93
1 disc version was about $ 8.98

It's a good price for the 1 disc version , as not the best fan of the
film
