MARTIN SCORSESE COLLECTION from DVDSOON

Anyone here order the Martin Scorsese collection from DVDSOON and have it actually delivered by now?
I dont mean status on dvdsoon website change to shipped , I mean actually physically delivered to them. Mine shipped on 12th Aug and NOTHING has come through yet - I know it went above customs limit a bit, but I thought I would at least have an acknowledgement of it..

Well that is VERY worrying for me that I have not got this yet as mine was shipped near about the same day.
Do you think customs have nicked this item? If so is it usual that they do not inform you that they have it?
DVDSoon dont want to help, they have my money now and so they no longer care - I have to wait 40 days before they can send a replacement??!!!

Does anyone have any advice for me?

If customs 'nick' an item (by which, I assume you mean, have applied charges), it's usually only delayed by a day or two at the most. Are you sure you haven't had a card from the postman, telling you there are charges to pay? It might be an idea to check at your local postal sorting office.

Got mine from amazon.com today

No customs

Cost: approx £26.87

I find amazon.com orders rarely get nabbed if marked as a gift item and are below £30 ish.

I'm happy

Mine arrived yesterday from DVD Soon. No customs charges but I'm in Ireland.
